Olivia de Jesus is the Executive Director of Philippine Development Foundation (PhilDev USA), a 501 (c)(3) registered U.S. non-profit with a mission to enable the success of Filipinos through the pillars of STEM education, innovation and entrepreneurship. Olivia is also the Managing x Creative Director at Wondrous, a marketing communications agency she founded to help mission-oriented and faith-based organizations tell their story and create positive impact.Olivia has had extensive experience as a senior media executive at ABS-CBN Global, being one of the pioneers who developed and expanded the TFC news and entertainment network worldwide. She is highly skilled in strategy, general management and organization development. She has worked in creative/story development, produced award-winning content, digital and experiential brands and leveraged platforms and partnerships with trade, government agencies, NGO’s and the community. She is a motivational leader who can effectively coach and mentor rising leaders and remote, cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Olivia's volunteer, non-profit Board experience includes terms at Asian American Advertising Federation (3AF) and ABS-CBN Foundation International, providing strong stewardship, strategic insight, fundraising & event management support.
