I worked at Cinemark Jess Ranch as a theatre team member three back-to-back summers from 2021 to 2023. During my time there, I performed a variety of roles due to my early cross training and familiarity with the facility. I cleaned theatres, served guests in concessions, completed Starbucks orders, sold box office tickets, and handled the registers as a cashier. I also assisted in training our new hires from time to time in different areas. The fun and fast-paced nature of this job allowed me to enhance my communication skills and ability to work as a team.

As a customer service representative, I provided positive assistance to a variety of initially unsatisfied customers.
