Managed two grants totalling $2 million in funding, and ensured all funded activities met the scope and requirements of said grants. Coordinated activities and programs with a focus on mental health and wellness, and safety initiatives. Developed partnerships with community-based organizations, and constructed a partnership tracker, to create sustainable connections between school and community.Enhanced student, parent, and community engagement in the school as part of the community schools framework through needs assessments, community events, and school governance meetings. Utilized qualitative and quantitative data to craft grant narratives and collected data for reporting on current grants.

Pitched and wrote 3000-word article about equity in museum workplaces to be published in February. Analyzed the organization’s data study to develop an article in response to it's findings.

Managed and delegated daily projects to associates to streamline store productivity. Trained incoming staff on POS system, store policies, and customer service standards. Collaborated weekly with warehouse staff and buying team to maintain store merchandise and supplies. Fostered and prioritized a supportive and respectful work environment for store associates. Peer Learning Facilitator responsible for providing academic and personal support to incoming transfer students in AAP's Summer Transfer Program. I Lead weekly group meetings with students to foster growth and success with their coursework and advised them on their thesis, structure, and grammar needs. I anticipated the personal and academic needs of students and adjusted curriculum accordingly. I attended class lectures and participated in weekly English Department faculty meetings to discuss the successes and challenges students were experiencing in the program. In addition to this I mentored students on the process of undergraduate research at UCLA for programs such as McNair and Mellon Mays.

Sales associate responsible for store visuals and item description for online store. I oversaw store operation and upkeep alone in the store and operated shipment processing and tagging of new clothes and jewelry. I engaged with customers to provide unique positive in-store experiences.

Paid certified student tutor responsible for aiding students in their writing process. Guided English Second Language (ESL) students in grammar and writing proficiency as well as non-ESL students in their writing needs. I cultivated close relationships with English Department Faculty on training and tutoring and received mentorship on improving my tutoring skills.

Shoe Burnisher responsible for assisting lead burnisher in painting and detailing shoes. I oversaw the painting, airbrushing, and detailing on custom ordered shoes for high status clients. I executed a special collection project of screen printed tote bags as well as assisted with production going to Paris fashion week.
