My individual tasks included textbook and school supplies organization, updating the community service log for each sport, removing graduates from the blackboard groups, checking mail daily, restocking copier and printers as needed, overseeing team study hall and preparing reports, updating calendar and generating individual study plans for specific student athletes, setting up for life skills events and guest speakers, conducting student academic meetings weekly, updating the student athlete support website, and performing the credit card reconciliation process.
