As a Quality Control Manager, I was responsible for the development and maintenance of the Quality Control System, as well as the supervision of the laboratories and team management for raw materials, processes, and final product.I implemented statistical process control, process improvements, and automation of routines through ERP and PI/PIMS software, involving data collection, analysis, dashboards, and reports.I also managed the chemical expense matrix for the unit, reducing inventory deviation, optimizing consumption, and increasing data reliability. As a Process Kaizen Engineer, I led the project to reduce setup time.
