Communications Specialist
CurrentPlan and implement internal and external business communications. Establish company practices to improve the employee experience and maintain open lines of communication.- Create quarterly internal newsletters (Canva, Adobe Acrobat)- Develop and execute communication campaigns to rollout new company-wide standards, software, processes, etc.- Build and maintain the company’s first-ever intranet (SharePoint)- Manage company social media and provide market analysis to executives and managers (LinkedIn, Facebook)- Develop digital advertisements for marketing purposes (Canva, Word)- Coordinate weekly with executives and managers to develop meeting agendas, presentations, action items, and status reports- Review and edit Standard Operating Procedures, Policy and Procedure Manuals, Administrative Guides, etc.- Establish and execute company tradition of New Hire Emails- Schedule and provide technical support for virtual meetings
