* Establish SOPs and prioritize production protocols, through team efforts to prevent manufacturing errors* Extensive use of SalesForce to determine and achieve product release after completion of analysis* R&D scaling to develop new and improved product flavors* Utilize database to properly monitor and document test results

* Microbiological testing and analysis of microorganisms through differential plating, gram staining, serial dilution, oxidation, & catalase tests* Investigate characteristics of microscopic organisms such as growth, structure, morphology, and development* Proficient in plate pouring and confident using a variety of medium for identification of yeasts and aerobic/anaerobic bacteria
