Current- Managed a team of 7-10 consultants to complete 330+ unique client deliverables while ensuring all findings were accurate, clear, and suitable for dissemination to others within our growth initiatives. - Doubled the number of unique client deliverables per month from 30 to 60 by automating standard processes and creating new high value analyses such as tearing down retailer product assortment, optimizing store performance diagnostics, and medtech product improvement analysis.- Controlled a $2M USD Profit & Loss statement (P&L) for my team and prepared monthly/ quarterly/ annual financial summaries for leadership with updates on major development goals and milestones.- Developed an analysis utilizing the FDA medical devices adverse event database (MAUDE), web scraping, and AI to identify product improvements, flag adverse trends, and aid product development. - Leveraged Natural Language Processing Artificial Intelligence within user experience (UX) to guide opportunities within brand strategy development, product redesign, and whitespace identification.- Responsible for an annual run rate savings of ~$55M within a $502M work stream by transforming fleet ownership practices based on an analysis of historical trucking utilization data. - Created a cost benefit analysis to support revitalizing a national grocery distributor's forklifts to be electronic and reorganized 56+ division layouts to accommodate charging infrastructure.- Improved spend data quality of clients by leveraging a unique global supplier knowledge base and data categorization engine to validate the single source of truth and led data refinement workshops with clients to improve spend allocation, identify areas of opportunity, and create supplier risk mitigation plans.
