• Update donor records in CRM Raiser’s Edge with detailed donor information, requests, and comments.
• Support adoption campaign planning and execution through website testing, troubleshooting e-store issues in Shopify, reviewing copy, supporting promotional activities, and other tasks as required.
• Track inventory and returns for the e-store.
• Resolve issues in a timely, proactive, and donor-focused manner as they pertain to fundraising activities, gifts and donor preferences.
• Provide prompt responses to unique donor inquiries by becoming familiar with CRA charitable guidelines and WWF conservation projects and programs, and liaising with other departments within WWF-Canada.

• Primary phone and email contact relating to donor purchases, and act as a backup for support on overflow tax receipt and monthly donor phone calls and inquiries
• Process and troubleshoot holiday catalog gift orders, donations, and other mail
• Update donor records in Raiser’s Edge as needed with donor information, requests, and comments
• Coordinate, follow-up and track inbound/outgoing calls and emails
• Identification of customer service and gift administration issues as they arise through donor feedback
