Responsibilities include:o New technology supplier development and qualification to Stryker QMS.o New product ASL compliance.o New product sourcing status reporting.o Ensure seamless transition of new product launches to manufacturing.- Support companywide initiatives to develop and implement decision support and data systems to enhance supply chain decision making and performance monitoring.- Support companywide initiatives to develop and implement systems to ensure our suppliers follow ethical and environmentally sustainable practices.

Directly responsible for the training and development of 35 engineering crew members. Oversaw the operation and maintenance of all propulsion, auxiliary, electrical and damage control equipment. Completed the planning and execution of two large repair contracts and one major dry docking period. Availabilities completed ahead of schedule, and on budget. Served as hazardous waste coordinator. Administered 200K dollar departmental budget, and 120K parts inventory

Responsible for scheduling and providing direct resources required to perform preventative and corrective maintenance for 8 local cutters and visiting cutters. Managed 11 repair contracts including 4 dry dock availabilities averaging 1.5 million dollars

Maintained computer based maintenance system, responded to casualties, ordered parts, completed personnel evaluations, managed a 20 person department, and maintained a 275K budget.
