I love the hospitality industry because it's an opportunity to control the guest experience from start to finish. Unlike retail which is more of a drop in/drop out experience, from the minute someone walks in a restaurant, you have the ability to engage them and create a meaningful experience — what the host says when they greet you, what music is playing, the way a bartender presents your drink... there's a wide range of execution, and the people that do it well understand what great hospitality can really be. Responsibilities include team management, client relationships, new business, brand strategy, and creative direction.

An opportunity to work with C-Suite level clients and create meaningful change from the ground up. I was the lead creative for various clients focusing on consumer packaged goods, brand strategy, and brand creation, getting to create exciting new brands, and reinvent ones that needed a little tweaking to help them grow and thrive in the current business climate.
