I work with clients one on one to help them to live their healthiest lives. I use evidence-based practices, motivational interviewing and active listening to help my clients get to the heart of their health struggles. Primarily I work with clients on weight loss in the areas of healthy eating, building exercise goals, mindful awareness, sugar consumption, and sleep health. Additionally, I work with clients in Diabetes Prevention. I have served on our Provider Advisory Board which is an interdisciplinary group that comes together to find ways to improve workflow and experience for all Vida providers. I have also served on our Committee for Connection and Community which aims to find fun and creative ways for Vida providers to better connect in our remote workforce.

I also manage the Miles to Change fitness group for MUSC employees, faculty and students. I have also assisted in health promotion activities like petitioning the city of Charleston to be part of the Blue Zones Project.
