• Enable enhanced guest experience for high-profile clientele at Portland Trail Blazer events• Resolve conflicts with disgruntled clients over a multitude of bulk ticketing issues, processes, and procedures• Provide suite level executives and clients with explanations of the associated benefits per their suite licensee contracts• Ensure all suite and club level amenities meet or exceed guest expectations• Provide detailed tracking of suite repairs, safety, security, and improvement opportunities

• Lead home buyers through interior home design, product selection, and cost projection processes• Present and track multiple product options for upselling materials to customers• Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related items • Ensure all homeowner selections are accurate, recorded, and distributed to the appropriate parties• Established and maintained open lines of communications between buyers, builders and project managers• Successfully completed interior designs for 140+ buyers within 12 developments per year
