Conducted detailed case study on reducing food waste in the fresh strawberry supply chain within the U.S. in partnership with the World Wildlife Fund and the Pacific Coast Food Waste Commitment. - Worked with major retailers and large strawberry growers to research and analyze current state of the strawberry supply chain from farm to store- Following data collection, quantification, and analysis, recommended interventions to reduce food loss and waste and maximize profit based on the hotspots identified during the study- The final report was presented at the Verge Climate Tech Conference in San Jose

MIT Global Startup Workshop (MIT GSW) is an annual multi-day conference that brings together entrepreneurs, students, investors, and key stakeholders from across the world to accelerate the entrepreneurial ecosystem of a host region. Since 1998, our non-profit, student-run organization has held 22 international workshops across 6 continents and has attracted participants from over 70 nations.

The MIT Water, Food & Agriculture Innovation Prize brings together early-stage, student-led startups from across the US, awarding $50K+ in innovation grants annually to ventures driving the future of sustainable water, food, and agricultural solutions. Since its inception in 2015, the Prize has awarded $225K to 21 winning teams.

Created strategic planning, headcount, and functional spending templates to augmentmonthly reporting and strategic long‑term forecasting, catalyzing qualitydecision‑making and impeding stagnation at the corporate level. Analyzed business unit, cost center, and functional area performance for globaloperations through June 2014, resulting in more accurate forecasting for the followingmonthsʹ performance. Spent two weeks at the European corporate headquarters in Luxembourg analyzingaccounts receivable overdues for total operations in Europe and Asia, culminating indecreased working capital for the month of June.
