I love to write, edit, decorate and help others. When I see a problem that I can solve, I solve it. I only take yes for an answer, and I’m committed to achieving high standards. I love to write with purpose; to solve a problem, to empower or inspire. • As a Customer Care consultant, I found the process notes used to be lengthy and unnecessarily detailed. I created a step-by-step booklet of the common type of orders the team processed. Team members found it easy to follow, casual staff used the booklet to assist us without receiving training and members of the contact team were able to process complimentary orders while on the phone with the customer without having to follow the standard process; • As a Content Editor, I created a blog for our team; edited and wrote process notes and checklists. I also created a Link page, which included a list of process notes, useful links and distribution lists, it enabled us to access documentation we needed with just a #click! In September 2019, I published my own blog pearlivia.com, with one purpose in mind: to inspire women to style and decorate on their own! When I’m not writing and editing content, I am creating unique floral pieces for my blog to empower women to be themselves; in a world where competition and comparison amongst women is, unfortunately, commonplace.
