This is a two-year position for February-May of 2024 and 2025. In this two-year role, I work behind the scenes to prepare and execute the Career and Leadership Development Event competitions for over 14,000 youth competitors. I work cross functionally with department heads and volunteer teams to organize materials and address issues throughout the Minnesota State FFA Convention. Through this role, I have improved information efficiency by organizing materials using excel and other software tools.

Over several years, I managed the entire life cycle of horticulture products, from import and growing stages to sales and customer engagement. I established long-term relationships with clients, by consulting on their landscaping needs and advising product selection. I was mentored into a sales role, where I represented my company independently at local farmers' markets. Here I leveraged my product knowledge to drive sales and build connections for the company.
