• Recruit for all of Rescue Restoration’s departments that support both corporate and revenue-generating field work• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing, managing and developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements• Develop effective pre-screening questions and review resumes to match the needs of the position/organization• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings• Assist in the evaluation of recruitment and provide requested reports on recruiting efforts that include recruiting goals and targets, successes, and recommendations for improvement• Define hiring needs with hiring manager by conducting timely and effective intake sessions with the hiring manager• Track all necessary requirements for pre-employment (background checks, drug tests, physical aptitude, etc.)• Provide regular updates to the hiring manager, and department leadership• Perform other recruiting duties as needed

• Recruit for Milestone's office positions that support accounting, finance, trades support roles, fleet & warehouse, sales positions and customer service• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing, managing and developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements• Develop effective pre-screening questions and review resumes to match the needs of the position/organization• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings• Instrumental in the interview process for our internship program• Assist in the evaluation of recruitment and provide requested reports on recruiting efforts that include recruiting goals and targets, successes, and recommendations for improvement• Define hiring needs with hiring manager by conducting timely and effective intake sessions with the hiring manager• Provide regular updates to the hiring manager, and department leadership• Perform other recruiting duties as needed
