I love a good puzzle, so I’ve made a career out of problem-solving, using research and data analysis to develop creative solutions that improve the world around me.I have over seven years of combined experience with research and data analysis in academic, nonprofit, and consulting settings. My experiences and skill sets include quantitative and qualitative research methodology, survey design & administration, data collection, cleaning, and analysis. I have experience employing a variety of analytical methods including psychometrics, inferential statistics, certain SEM analysis, correlation, and regression analysis. I've managed and designed large databases of client and program information, established organization-wide data protocols and procedures, conducted end-to-end research projects in both academic and non-profit settings, analyzed findings, built and collaborated on data visualizations, and crafted reports for a variety of audiences from the general public to donors and board members. I've also assisted with grant writing for research projects as well as maintained, tracked, and analyzed data to report out for key grant funding. Finally, I've worked with businesses and online media to conduct secondary research, prospect research, design custom surveys, and craft impactful reports with data visualizations. If you have any questions about my experience or availability, please don't hesitate to reach out!
