At Acrobatique Creative, I was responsible for crafting creative written content including social media, web copy, blogs, newsletters, e-mail templates, press releases, & media alerts for multiple clients, ensuring strict adherence to grammatical rules & effective communication principles. I managed social media accounts for diverse clients, including social media strategies, content creation, reputation management, campaign strategies, and analytics reports, with attention to each brand’s distinct goals, tone, and voice. I also edited and proofread for all clients, including social media accounts, public relations materials, event imagery, and other important company documents. In addition, I assisted with public relations pitching and event coordination for Pittsburgh Earth Day, blogger events for clients, and media launch parties. I exhibited excellent working knowledge of and experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, & Pinterest), Basecamp Project Management System, WordPress CMS, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact. I also conducted extensive market research and cultivated media lists, while displaying quick thinking, adaptability, and creativity in a fast-paced environment. I continue to assist with social media part-time.

As the Guest Experience Intern at Heinz Field, I support guests with specific needs and accommodations, including booking and managing facility tours, communicating thorough knowledge of the facility and event operations, and representing Heinz Field, The Pittsburgh Steelers, and The University of Pittsburgh Panthers by operating the Guest Services telephone line and email account. I also assist with planning and executing Heinz Field events: Steelers game days, stadium concerts, staff events, and Easter Brunch. In addition, I aid the Director of Guest Experience in monitoring and managing day-to-day operations.

As an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for The University of Pittsburgh's Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 Theories of Persuasion courses, I was responsible for assisting in the creation of course content. I assisted the professor in teaching coursework and aided students who needed help grasping course concepts. I was also responsible for tracking and calculating final participation grades, which required careful attention to and understanding of the details of the course texts.
