- Trained and inspired staff by example and innovative influence, setting a new bar for others to follow.- Supervise teams of 1-15 servers: pre-event meetings, delegate assignments, venue setup, food service and cleanup for events with up to 200 guests. - Communicate clearly with group contacts, kitchen, sales, and banquet staff to ensure accurate and consistent service.

- Effectively communicated with potential guests about the brand, facility and menu options to plan and book banquet events. - Supported sales team members to drive growth and development.- Worked in partnership with the wait staff before and during events to confirm all customer needs were met accurately and sufficiently.

- Produced a template to track and record customer feedback for the executive team.- Performed standardized quality control checks on products to ensure they met the required legal and company standards for safety and quality.

The WI-WIOA Career Interview Project is a partnership between the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater's Center for Inclusive Transition, Education and Employment (CITEE) program and the Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) to provide services under the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). In this role I tracked and entered data that was collected by DVR into the Whitewater system.
