I analyzed a wide variety of Commission's websites, meeting notes, reports, and NGO reports to concisely create a profile of New Hampshire and Vermont PUCs. I also analyzed best practices of the U.S. Midatlantic region to aid our set of recommendations to PUCs and other utilities stakeholders, like environmental justice groups.
