I incorporate transportation solutions to provide a superior customer experience that my sales people confidently use to build their customer base.I began my career with Schneider 14 years ago as an Account Executive and quickly built my book of business to Platinum President Club status and earned Sr. Account Executive. In 2012, I became a team leader where I was assisting the Operations Manager in coaching and developing the team while still managing a thriving book of business. In 2013, I became an Operations Manager, responsible for the development of 10-15 sales professionals ranging in tenure. I focus on all steps of the sales process: Lead Generation and Prospecting, Qualifying, Bonding and Rapport, Pain Funnel, Solution Design and Post Sell in order to become a partner in the eyes of our customers. From January 2017 to October 2019, I led Schneider's Midwest operations for the tanker division. From October 2019 to June 2023, I held several leadership positions within Action Enterprise Logistics with responsibilities in both operations and compliance across multiple offices.
