Drive the team’s day-to-day and strategic advising for Penn Engineering’s student community. Oversee academic advising in partnership with departments and programs, case management, academic policies and procedures, and enrichment programming to support the student experience. Partner with the Associate Deans for Undergraduate Education and Graduate Programs on advising strategy. Coordinate closely with the Executive Director of Penn Engineering Online in partnership with the OAS Managing Director to ensure customer service and innovation prioritization.
