The LISA (Learning, Integration, Support and Awareness) project responds to the urgent need to improve the well-being and mental health of children and teenagers by providing new tools to better identify, understand and support their strengths and needs. LISA brings together an interdisciplinary team of teachers, researchers, clinicians, school administrators, parents and other experts in child development and education,LISA France 2030 is the winner of the France 2030 Call for Expressions of Interest (AMI) for Innovation in the School System launched by the French government. Over five years, LISA France 2030 will gradually roll out the LISA program to 6,000 teachers and around 70,000 pupils, from primary to secondary level, in 158 pilot establishments in the Île-de-France academic region (Créteil, Paris and Versailles academies) and to 32 international schools in the Mission Laïque Française network.

- Developed and managed partnerships with a wide range of French and international foundations to support strategic institutional initiatives.- Supported internal stakeholders across the institution to obtain foundation funding throughout all stages of a project cycle: identification of potential foundations, development and implementation of projects, reporting, and partner relations.- Negotiated a $41.8M partnership with the Mastercard Foundation to support the expansion of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Sciences Po, which provides scholarships and support to students from Sub-Saharan Africa.

From 2014 to 2022, I contributed to the development of the Sciences Po Summer School from a single pilot program to a department offering multiple programs (in-person and online) throughout the year, including Summer Schools for university and high school students, Winter Schools, and custom programs. In 2022, the Summer School & Short Courses department welcomed over 1000 students from France and around the world (a 425% increase in 8 years).- Coordinated the organization of the University Programme (443 participants from 70 countries, 40 courses in social sciences and French language). Participants gave this program an average satisfaction rate of 95%.- Developed and coordinated custom-made academic programs for international partner universities (Spain, India, Australia, Japan), including partnership development and management; creation, implementation, and evaluation of programs; and budget management.- Developed and managed the admissions process for all programs, ensuring a high quality experience for candidates and students. Management of team members in direct contact with candidates, evaluation and selection of candidates, and weekly KPI reporting. Developed a new admissions and registration platform to respond to a rapid growth of applications (+155% from 2015-2021).- Managed digital marketing campaigns for lead generation (Facebook, Instagram, Google AdWords, YouTube), including campaign design, relationships with external service providers, and ROI analysis.- Served as Interim Manager of the Summer School (09/18-12/18). Managed the transition following the complete renewal of the Summer School team in 2018-2019. From 2019-2022, served as a team leader, responsible for training team members, coordinating program activities and projects, and assisting the director.- Managed student interns (2-3 students per year in full-time, 3-6 month internships).
