Leading the IT Service Enhancement Team (ITSET) to develop & manage the Service Management proceses for the ICT Services Directorate. An independent role to report, audit, develop and maintain Service Management practises, procedures and activities for ICT Services in alignment with Business requirements. Contracts with Waikato Polytechnic & St Pauls Private school teaching Computer Studies. Various IT consultancy work throughout the Waikato area servicing small to medium size business clients.
