Responsible for managing service delivery Teams of our Benefits & Leaves Division whose efforts support over 30 CT agencies. Leading a team of Talent Solutions professionals to fulfill recruitment needs in partnership with state agencies. Leveraging digital recruiting, employer branding, and creative sourcing strategies.

Advise state agency Human Resources professionals and executives regarding HR programs, laws, regulations, and business rules. Provide training and support. Decide classification grievances and represent state in escalated hearings.

Research and develop Human Resources training programs that connect public policy, legal frameworks, and often under-addressed urban issues.

Administer FMLA & Worker's Compensation programs; drive Classified employee personnel actions in HRMS; advise retiring staff and coordinate package submittals. Recruit both Unclassified and Classified positions.

Research and write legal and policy-related materials in response to legislative requests.

Conduct and advise on full scope of HR Generalist duties including HRMS actions, new hire orientation, benefit administration, FMLA, retirement, disciplinary issues, and exit interviews.

Contribute to roll-out of Health Enhancement Program and RFP selection; Open Enrollment coordination, and escalated benefit administration duties.

Lead recruitment, benefit administration, and training/development activities; Coordinate Summer Youth Employment Program (WorkForce One) and college interns.
