I joined Accurx just pre-pandemic as one of the first Operations hires and saw the company grow from 28-250. During that time I worked across the business to ensure that we could become and remain a trusted supplier to the NHS.

I worked in both the Funding and Talent teams over the course of a year on the EF Associate programme. This work ranged from ensuring that all of the world's most ambitious people were aware of and wanted to join the ever-expanding EF network, to supporting our companies to successfully raise a seed round from Europe's top investors.

Working in a company whose mission is to make start-up and scale-up businesses the first choice for top talent, my role was to run the recruitment process from end to end, from initial client briefing meetings to candidate offer/acceptance. I worked directly with CEOs and Founders across a variety of sectors and industries; supporting their business expansion by bringing on top level graduates/talent, requiring a thorough understanding of their preferences and business needs.
