I recently graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and looking forward to utilizing my passion for operational excellence and giving back to start a career in the Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain or Logistics field in Orange County. I love to learn and challenge myself to grow at every given opportunity. My position at Best Buy has given me some wonderful experiences and I am proud to use my leadership skills to give back to the community while working there. In my current leadership role, I am responsible for my store's shrink budget and inventory integrity as a whole. I do daily counts and deep research to correct variences as well as communicate with my fellow leaders to drive a culture of inventory accuracy and loss aversion. During my years of work experience I have learned that I find the most fulfillment when I am learning, growing, and working with various learning and management styles. I have excellent time management skills and I drive results through goal execution. I am an effective communicator, and I am adaptable to all learning styles, management styles as well as situational changes. I enjoy being both a self-starter as well as a team player.
