As an A/R analyst, I was tasked with many duties involving account reconciliation. Duties included, monitoring invoice status and communicating with customers to ensure timely payments on invoices and reconciling any missing invoices, need be. Analyzing customer credit balances with their assigned limit to determine if a hold order could be released or not. Pulling remittances from respective portal and organizing information in excel before sending to the cash application team for efficient application. Send out weekly statements to specified customers. Forecasting customer payments for future week to upper managers. Other duties included, processing credit cards, keeping all information organized in excel and aiding and supporting my managers for audit.

As an accounts receivable intern, I was responsible for analyzing customer accounts and determining if their hold orders could be released for shipping. I also was responsible for organizing and, mailing invoices to the respective customer. I was responsible for processing credit cards from their E-commerce system and organizing excel sheets for documentation. I emailed back and forth with customers with questions they needed answered.
