Responsible for the production of the “BU Payment” in Europe (~450p), Member of the steering committee. - Leader of the capacity ramp up in 2014 (volumes multiplied by 3 in 9month).- Focused to reach operational objectives (safety, quality level, on time delivery, Productivity)- Leader of continuous improvement project.- Contribute to define the yearly budget (P&L) and to oversee his perfect execution. - Contribute to manage staff and union representative.

Responsible for Lean Six Sigma strategy on both division of SOITEC. Definition and deployment of the System Lean of SOITEC « Soitec excellence System » and of his associated assessment system. This on all SOITEC manufacturing sites (USA, GERMANY, FRANCE and SINGAPORE) through the partnership of each site manager. Main support to the Lean strategy deployment through training, benchmarking coordination and “Lean road map” coaching on each site. Responsible for the site synchronization, through the yearly strategic plan of SOITEC. « Acting » as «Solar Task force manager » for the ramp up of the two Soitec solar plant (GER – 6month and USA- 3month) and for the construction of th main CPV Solar Project (RSA 6month) Responsible for the short term achievement on key performance indicator (quality, cost, delivery).

Responsible for the defintion and the deployment of the global Lean strategy of ALTISSEMICONDUCTOR operation. Definition dissemination of the « l’Altis Production System » through kaizen worshop coordination (ex : Flow management, Visual management). Total re-shape of the management system through a Lean management system named « SIM »(Short interval management) with the support of SCHNEIDER ELECRTIC CONSULTING.

Responsible for the daily operational execution of the Photolithography area. Daily coordination of each manufacturing cell (production, process and maintenance) in order to achieve the weekly target. (Quality, Cost, Service). Responsible for the area reporting and area continous improvement coordination (Lean Manufacturing tool : 5S, KANBAN, SMED, KAIZEN,Spc, Cp Cpk...).
