As a Scrum Master, I coached and supported multiple teams, including a System Team, a Cloud Migration Team, a team focused on microservices, and one dedicated to applying DevOps principles for a pharmacy application. I successfully set up three of these teams from scratch. Each team adopted the most suitable methodology based on their context, timing, and familiarity with Agile—some used Scrum, others Kanban, and in some cases, a hybrid approach. At times, these were integrated into the larger SAFe framework.
