Oversee the development of the Ubisoft Philippines games studio on the top of the management of Ubisoft Singapore and Ubisoft Chengdu.The Ubisoft Philippines studio was created and is being developed from ground up. My role for this studio:- Liaise with the local authorities and partners;- Recruit the local management team;- Manage the Studio Manager;- Define the strategy to create synergies with the Singapore and Chengdu studios;Ubisoft Philippines was officially announced in March 2016.

Integration of the Singapore (300 people) and the Chengdu (200 people) structures:- Reorientation of the Chengdu activities to match Ubisoft's business priorities and core brands;- Set up of the mobile gaming group in Chengdu;- Development of synergies between the two entities (content strategy, production, Business Intelligence, HR, Communication, Finance and purchasing processes);In July 2015, Ubisoft Singapore was awarded the Best Tech Company to Work for in Singapore;Since September 2013, the 2 studios shipped the following games:With Ubisoft Singapore as a lead studio:* Ghost Recon Phantoms, May 2014, a PC Free-to-Play online game. Since its release, the game has remained in the top10 Free-to-Play games on Steam;In coproduction with other Ubisoft studios:* Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag XBOX360, PS3, XboxOne, PS4, PC;* Assassin's Creed Rogue XBOX360, PS3, PC;* Assassin's Creed Unity XboxOne, PS4;In September 2014, Ubisoft Chengu shipped its first Mobile Game for the Chinese Market:* Monkey King Escape

- In July 2008, created Ubisoft Singapore and have since then grown the team to 300 people, more than 30 different nationalities;- Ubisoft Singapore was profitable since year 1;As Managing Director, I am in charge of:- Defining the strategy of the company: products, projects and people;- Building and organizing the teams;- Managing and coaching the projects to meet the quality targets and the deadlines;- Developing strong partnerships with the Singaporean government agencies (EDB, WDA, IDA, MDA);- Influencing the changes of the local industry to make sure that industry, education and government policies are aligned;- 8-digits budgets;Ubisoft Singapore has now developed a strong expertise in both Free to Play Online games and High Quality content:* Ghost Recon Phantoms, a AAA Free to Play shooter on PC, was fully designed, developed and operated in Singapore. * Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Reshelled, released in 2009, ranked #1 on PSN in September 2009 and top3 on XBLA, was the very first title developed by Ubisoft Singapore;The studio released the following major High Definition console titles in coproduction with Ubisoft Montreal:* Assassin's Creed 3 on XBOX360 and PS3. October 2012.* Assassin's Creed Revelation on XBOX360 and PS3, November 2011.* Assassin's Creed Brotherhood on XBOX360 and PS3, November 2010.* Prince of Persia: the Forgotten Sands on XBOX360 and PS3, June 2010.* Assassin's Creed II on XBOX360 and PS3, November 2009.

The internal production was at that time composed of 18 subsidiaries, 1 headquarter and approx. 40 to 50 simultaneous projects. The total annual budget was around 200M USD.I was reporting to the Executive Director Worldwide Studio.I was leading a team of 12 people (financial analysts, cost controllers and auditors), 35 local CFOs and Financial Analysts.At this position, I was in charge of:- The financial and strategic planning: definition of the long term plan of the Ubisoft studios (project, resources, investment and revenues);- The P&L Management: Monitoring the financial performances of the branch, the studios and the projects;- The Budgeting and forecasting process of all the studios and all the projects;- Driving the monthly financial reporting of all the subsidiaries and of the year end closing; - The Internal audit;- The pre-acquisition audits and integration of the newly acquired companies;- The cash flow management and modelling;

Built and managed a team in charge of creating the dashboards and the analytical tools used by the executives and the key decision makers in game development, publishing and distribution;The team was composed of 7 internal programmers and consultants, 4 external consultants; I was reporting to the Group CIO.We built successfully the first company-wide Data Warehouse and BI tools with Microsoft Analysis Services.The tools were used by more than 150 people throughout the group;

Successfully redesigned and rebuilt the business planning reporting and consolidation tools for the business subsidiaries. First project at Ubisoft using Hyperion Essbase.
