Breveté FFESSM, j'initie, en tant qu'encadrant IE2, des débutants à la pratique de l’apnée à laquelle s'ajoute un programme pédagogique procurant aux élèves les connaissances théoriques réglementaires à la pratique de cette discipline. Je suis également Guide de Randonnée Subaquatique, ce qui me permet de faire découvrir à des pratiquants de l'apnée, l'écosystème marin à travers les nombreux sites de randonnée subaquatiques existant sur nos côtes méditerranéennes et atlantiques.

Engineering of sales kits and internal promotion as sales contests.- Set-up and implementation of commercial action plans on each markets (60 stations in 50 countries) in accordance with the commercial strategy of Air France and KLM Cargo,- Sales Support for all the local sales managers : target setting, performance reviews, pricing, customer segmentation, market intelligence, customer events, etc. - Steering and follow-up of the express Global Accounts portfolio, - Implementation of worldwide key accounts agreements (Geodis, SDV, Kühne Nagel),2. Development of the speed solutions concept through an door to door product powered by Sodexi, the wholly-owned subsidiary in express, - Coordinator for the implementation of the Equation Product within KLM Cargo.- Definition of the Equation strategy for Air France-KLM Cargo- Customer segmentation, identification of the priority markets, implementation of an express pricing policy within KLM Cargo in order to ensure the success of the Equation Product launch,- Implementation of short-term synergies and follow-up of the financial results,- Contribution to the Strategic Plan of the Group in relation with the Sales VP of both companies, AF and KLM.

In charge to develop and overcome the new integrated product in cooperation with freight forwarders and shippers. That product, launched at the end of 1997, was specially designed for companies which make regular just-in-time shipments (JIT). Air France undertakes the airport-to-airport leg and guarantees booking for the forwarder on a given flight. All the originality and power of the solutions offered by Air France Cargo in response to the challenge of JIT, under the highly symbolic word, COHESION, comes down to the perfect integration of the service chain concept.
