I was promoted to Managing Director and integrate the European African board with direct responsibility for revenues of 25M€. Leading a team of 26 people. I directed a change program that included a total business refocus, prioritizing ski over sun as well as extensive digitization of our business model and a more powerful online presence, Find and define the right product to develop our internal market by leading a company project- Opening of our first resort in South Africa, a 3-year project with an investment of over 110M€. Reskilling and reorganization of the Sales teams, and improved engagement with our customers and travel agent partners.

Appointed to head the sales and marketing team in Amsterdam, I was responsible for developing this market,defined and executed a new strategy centered on a premium clientele.
