We are delivering all IT and embedded software project for our client.I am in charge of : - the entity creation from scratch (some kind of startup inside ALTEN group) - the staffing of the squads (recruitement, carrier management, workload management, subcontracting management) - the definition and deployment of the technical strategy (CI/CD, technical stack and prefered architecture) - business development of the software offer - technical capitalisation and cross fertilisation accros the different teams (comunity of practice, external and internal technical events)

Manager of a project for EDGY (ATA 00) to enhance and speed up training simulator qualification process for A350.The major aim of this huge project was to define a new qualification process for FFS training simulator with the two major companies that develop such devises CAE and TT&S first and authorities second, in order to be able to suit with string planning constraint of A350 program. All entities that produce data and software packages wer involved. I was leading the ATA 00 part representing hence General Study of Desgin Office.

I was the responsible of 2 models representing ground handling of all Airbus aeroplanes. One was part of ATA 00 and represented landing gear mechanical behaviour and the other was part of ATA 32 and was representing hydro mechanical behavior of the steering column. These models are used essentially for handling quality purposes on all Airbus flight simulators and on training simulators.I had in charge to specifiy and validate all developments based on physical expert specifications. Applied mathematics expertise were often needed.Development activites were subcontracted and I was in charge of subonctractor management.
