About Olivier Lopez

Fan de mathématiques et de modélisation, que j'ai pratiqués pendant une petite dizaine d'année, après un petit passage chez Airbus, j'ai migré vers le management dans les sociétés de service. L'avantage de ces sociétés est leur dynamisme, leur agilité, l'intraprenariat qui y est possible.Je découvre alors petit à petit que j'aime définir, structurer, faire évoluer des organisations et surtout faire grandir les hommes au service de ses organisations. La découverte de l'agilité et de la transfo digitale sur mon passage raisonne avec tout cela et finit de me convaincre que c'est par la responsabilisation des hommes et le collectif qu'on arrive aux résultats les plus probants. Mon travail est donc de créer le cadre de travail qui permet tout cela. Pas si simple au final.
