About Olivier Macard

As a Strategy and Transaction Partner at Andersen and EY, I spent 20 years helping global retail, luxury, and FMCG leaders expand their businesses across 30+ countries. Leading over 100 major projects, I specialized in large X-border complex operations.I also led a global transformation program for a worldwide retailer, guiding an international team through high-stakes challenges. As part of EY France’s Executive Committee, I played a key role in scaling EY’s consulting capabilities in strategy, post-merger integration and corporate finance.In 2022, I founded "De Dirigeants à Dirigeants," a consulting platform that connects CEOs and C-suite executives with peer-level insights for strategic decision-making.Driven by a passion for understanding decision-making under pressure, I joined the Behavioral Economics PhD program at the Paris School of Economics, Panthéon-Sorbonne. My research focuses on how cognitive constraints impact leadership decision-making in critical, high-pressure moments.
