~ 245 instructors, maintainers and administrative;~ Developing and conducting a binational strategy in the fields of training and communication;~ Communicating on the school transformation and the related outcomes;~ Planning and leading the training of 80 French and German yearly educated on Tiger attack helicopters;~ Supervising the maintenance of the fleet in coherence with the training’s needs;~ Managing the binational operating budget.

~ Steering 8 senior international managers and getting the best of their capacities in order to enhance the In-Service Support and availability of worldwide NH90 fleet ;~ Promoting, negotiating and managing innovative support contracts, in cooperation with contract experts (450 M€) ;~ Collecting end-users’ needs, transcribing them to industry, assessing the outcomes and reporting to 11 nations’ heads of delegation.

~ Coordinating a team of test pilots and flight engineers ;~ Planning and conducting in-flight evaluations on NH90 TTH, in relation with DGA, DGA-EV, French Navy and defence’s industries ;~ Preparing IT homologations and operational entry into service ;~ Contributing to defining the TTH future standard.

~ Providing my operational expertise to identify and assess the key contributors to maintenance workload, according to international, multicultural and organisational approachs.

Kaboul

~ Pedagogical and technical advisor for 19 Afghans instructors in charge of training cadet officers ;~ Integrated into a multinational command (GB, US ...).

~ Responsible for 60 pilots and maintainers, of 6 helicopters, on Forward Operational Bases.
