I am thrilled to announce that I start today as HR CoE Lead Compensation & Benefits of the newborn Proximus NXT affiliate of the Proximus Group!!!Together with my team, we will handle all payroll, operations and social relations matters for several affiliates of the Proximus Group. We will also work on Compensation & Benefits projects, allowing us to make a difference.

As a member of Proximus' Compensation & Benefits team, I: - Have the chance to work with wonderful colleagues on key projects such as the revision of the merit- and bonus- policies or the implementation of a flexible income plan. You can count on me from the brainstorm phase until the implementation, including the preparation of the business case, negotiation-part with the unions and the communication to the employees. - Am responsible for the telecom-advantages of our employees and retirees, annual salary surveys, benchmarks and the projection of the dates of pensions. - Am challenged and learn a lot everyday.--> Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders--> Variety is key. Lead of the project "HR-dashboard" for the top management, I also designed a roadmap to start with the HR-analytics process.This challenge helped me to improve my project management- and analytical skills.In order to build the dashboard I had to:- Analyse the market: external benchmark- Align internal stakeholders- Get the buy-in from different parties involved- Lead the project: ensure the follow-up, report possible setbacks and be proactive to find viable solutionsAs we worked with Microstrategy (tool "document", which in my opinion offers more possibilities), I know the tool pretty well.

In charge of some projects such as:- Organizing an intern event for 400+ users of Salesforce to boost adoption & data quality.- Review the process of collecting & keeping up-to-date CV, certifications and references.- Boost mobile data penetration ratio- Improve top customers satisfaction through a specific action- Analyze data from the past to get trends and make some highlights to management

Co-responsible for the publication of our quarterly results.I published a daily internal summary broker news, which helped me to better understand the Telco market. Besides that, I was responsible for the publication of a Monthly Investor Relations' report, explaining the stock price movements the previous month for our company and our peers.This experience helped me to better deal with strict deadlines and to become more rigorous.

I did 2.5 months internship at CBC in the Private Banking department during my Master in Finance at both ICHEC & LSM.I learned a lot about the banking sector as I had the chance to work along with the head of the department. I was in charge of some projects such as the preparation of a presentation for the CBC Academy (a presentation of financial topics to clients' children), the improvement of their website and the renewal of commercial sheets. Therefore, I worked with a lot of people, made sure things were progressing and coordinated events. Besides that, I helped my colleagues in their tasks. For example, I helped a colleague to draw a macro on excel.This internship was considered as very satisfactory and I was delighted to work for CBC. This provided me with a good view of the banking industry and helped me to improve my managerial skills and my knowledge of excel.

This one month internship gave me the opportunity to learn a lot about financial solutions that Wilink offers to its clients: I read client files, attended meetings, …In order to better show our clients how their retirement profile looks like (money “accumulation” until retirement, then money “consumption"​), I also used excel to draw a "combo graph" with areas of uncertainty, e.g., the evolution of interest rates.Next to that, I met very interesting people and I really liked the company’s culture.Notice that I also worked there afterwards, as a student.

I received a training to become an animator when I was 16. Being an animator has learned me to manage a group of children (up to 20 children on my own).Later on, I received a training to become a coordinator. I had to manage teams of animators and I learned a lot from this experience.I had the chance to work for the CFS (centre de formation sportive) to improve these skills and to transmit my passion for sports.

I had the opportunity to do my internship in Le Parc, which is a sport complex in Louvain-La-Neuve (Belgium). I worked there as a marketeer and I would qualify my internship as a "multi-tasking internship". Since it was a small company that had just been acquired, there was a lot of interesting things to do. I had to manage the new website of the company (on 'iclub'), to deal with the reservations, to make phone-calls, to organize some events, etc.This was really interesting and it helped me to become proactive and organized.I was noticed a couple of years later that the pictures for the promotion had been seen more than 200,000 times.
