I started my career in 1999 as a computer engineer. I was involved in several projects in Finance, E-commerce and HR sectors. In 2003, my entrepreneur's experience began when I created RFLEX, a SaaS HR software vendor. With my partner, we grew from a 5 customers business to a leading company in Recruitment, Mobility and Talent management software on the European market (70 employees, 6.5M€ turnover and more than 200 customers).In December 2012, I merged RFLEX with TalentSoft to create a new global leader in Talent Management. In 2016, I joined ByPath as co-founder and CTO. With the team, I developed a brand-new Sales Intelligence solution. ByPath was merged within the Kompass Group and I became the CTO.In 2021, I joined Simplifield, a SaaS fast growing company, providing an Intelligent Retail Performance Platform serving more than 100 customers arround the world (L'Oréal, LVMH, Sony, Alliance HealthCare...)
