Context: Banking is a fast-changing industry, with many regulations (mandates) and security constraints, that requires many s/w updates. ACI Worldwide is a payment s/w editor for banks and monetary institutions. Objectives: Project focuses on care for worldwide projects, among them Santander, and their transition of the full banking system into a public cloud (Azure) (This is the first in the world for a full banking to be established on a public cloud) Achievements:• Forecasting, designing, and resources arrangement. Regulatory constraints. Committee’s administration. Assure activities anticipations (Agile).• First ever banking system on a public cloud (Azure), for “Santander”. (Agile) Worldwide spread (US, India, Brazil, Poland) team of (100 peoples) experts, programmers, testers, field engineers. Project schedule proposed was 2 years, signed contract schedule 6 months. Objectives: Execution of a won project in India, 700K man-days; 5M$. Creation of outsourcing teams in India, an office for 6 technicians. 1,700-man-days; 50K$ per annum budget.Achievements• 2014-2016 Opening of an outsourcing office in Gurgaon / Delhi. (India)• Market analysis to find proper location, office search in this area, contract,planning and execution with sub-contractors.
