Since July 2014 I have held the position of Market Manager Oilfield Chemicals for Oleon's South American business. Since 2017 I also have the opportunity to do market management for the Crop Protection division of Oleon. For this I have a broad responsibility including strategic and business decisions together with people management tasks such as directing regional salespeople and coordinating/steering sales follow-up with cross-functional teams (supply chain/planning/R&D/legal/..) . My tasks include international market strategy & new business development, business target follow-up, account and product portfolio management. I am very sociable, result oriented, open-minded and flexible to the needs of the company, including international travel. I like to be challenged at an international market or sales management level where I can use my people skills.
