Administration, Finance, HR Manager : customers and vendors invoices processing, bank payments and cash-flow management, monthly closing activities in coordination with a fiduciary, credit control, financial analysis (budget and PY), internal system development and payroll preparation.Financial Controller : weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting to the world headquarters (fichier excel files and automated data transfer - GRP), Intercompany invoicing and reconciling (transfer pricing), Accounts receivables and DSO analysis, cashflow management, OPEX/CAPEX analysis, sales/margin/costs analytical review, budgets/forecasts set up and follow up (IT Financial Controller more particularly), internal control (banks and accounts reconciliations, group policies follow up in Finance but also in Procurement, HR, Legal,...) and management of relationships with internal/external auditors, Income tax reporting, Office and Car leasing reporting, bonus calculation and management of training fees refund.
