I liaise with external funding bodies in all aspects of grant administration.Key objectives:The objectives are to provide support and information to Principal Investigators (PIs) in preparing external applications, ensuring that research proposals are accurately costed and meet the Crick’s requirements for internal approvals and submission to the Funder; this covers the pre-award application processes through transition of successful applications to the Crick Finance system, subsequent billing and any final audit requirements.Specific objectives include:• Preparing all costs relevant to the grant application to maximize income.
