Main responsibilities:

 The GL Events French Group has decided in 2011 to add a hotel to the Riocentro, biggest exhibition center in South America. I have been appointed as director for this 50-million-euro project in Rio de Janeiro. From feasibility and market studies, to an opened 306 rooms, 5* hotel, today managed by Accor Hotels with the Grand Mercure brand. Negotiations with architects, building companies, and operators. The hotel was successfully opened before the Olympic games in 2016.
 I have been managing at the same time the catering company of GL events in Brazil “Top Gourmet”. F&B operations for our exhibition centers in Rio & Sao Paulo. (15 M euro/year) We have won special hospitality projects for the World Football Cup Brazil 2014 and Olympic Games Rio 2016 (contracts 20 M euro)
 Creation and Management of a Private VIP concierge company within GL Events Brazil (CJ Executive).

In charge of the Conversion of a future HILTON, in Gammarth, (Tunis area), management contract signed in Nov 2009, and other potential development of Hilton in the country.

Project postponed from Feb 2011, due to the Tunisian revolution.
The property was owned by the former Tunisian President’s family.

 Financial Results (2008 / 2003) + 254% at GOP level in a very stable market and + 335% at Ownco and Hilton fees level.
