Services performed include Operation & Maintenance, Environmental Services, healthcare, Engineering & Construction, Supply Chain Management, Catering, Fuel & Energy and Labor Supply.

Overseeing operations and business development in KSA, Iraq and Kuwait, we achieved double growth and threefold profit increase in that region (2019 vs. 2021) despite the overall adverse conditions resulting from the Pandemic. While growth in 2021 has been slowed down by project delays due to country lockdowns, we nevertheless managed to bag strategic key multimillion dollars contracts in Saudi Arabia on the Eastern province, as well as in Kuwait, setting up a solid pace for 2022.GLS group (also known as DAMAC) are experts in facilities services with solid track record across various industries in the Middle East, CIS Countries and Africa.Services include Facilities Management, Operation & Maintenance, Catering, Manpower supply, Turnkey infrastructures supply and other ancillary services.

In my position as CEO, reporting to the Chairman of the Board, I took on the challenging task of turning the business around by implementing an aggressive strategy focused on two main pillars.This included restructuring functional and operational teams across my business units as well as improving all operational and financial KPIs, especially at P&L level, by turning over poorly performing contracts and closing loss making accounts.During my tenure, Advanced Integrated Services had a portfolio of Government and private blue-chip clients across the oil and gas, defense and education sectors. Services offered include Facilities Management, Environmental Services including B2C solutions, Catering Services, Laundry Services, Employment Services, Logistics and transportation services.Unfortunately, despite overachieving operational results after only 3 months, deep-rooted financial issues led to winding down and gradual ceasing of activities. An agreement was eventually reached to part ways.This experience was an important learning curve as we not only had to successfully manage vendors, clients and guide employees through downsizing, but we also experienced first hand how crucial a healthy Balance Sheet is when running a business.

In charge of all Sodexo Equatorial Guinea business, overseeing Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Business Development. Operating Mainly in Oil&Gas environment, amongst which the EG-LNG Flagship project during construction phase.

Business Development for Peru & Bolivia. Opened Sodexo Peru with the Antamina project, followed up with several other mining and EPC projects in Peru such as Paucartambo, Yanacocha, as well as supporting the deployment of DEA operatives in Bolivia for the Coca Eradication Force Program.

Facilities Management Operations in Mali (BHP / Randgold in Syama Gold Mine) and Nigeria (offshore with SBM and ETPM, as well as Shell onshore)

Assignments and trainings included armed exploration, armored defense, clearing pockets of resistance, securing or breaking an enemy front, infiltration/ exfiltration, and urban warfare. Strong emphasis placed on anti-tank combat, close-quarters combat (CQC) or close-quarters battle (CQB).
