• Ensure adherence to reporting and recordkeeping requirements of the BSA/AML rules and regulations, including those set forth by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), and Customer Identification Program rules.• Monitor compliance with newly enacted or updated laws and regulations pertaining to share and deposit products, advertising, and consumer lending. • Provide regulatory guidance on advertising initiatives and campaigns to ensure alignment with established regulatory standards.• Develop disclosures and ensure compliance across all regulatory aspects concerning share and deposit products, lending, and advertising. • Research, interpret, and communicate current credit union, banking, and related financial services laws and regulations to relevant stakeholders.• Keep policies, procedures, notices, forms, and all compliance-related communications up to date as required.• Administer the Member Complaint Process to ensure that consumer complaints are addressed promptly and effectively. • Pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of compliance requirements, regulatory guidance, and industry best practices. • Provide support for the Vendor Management Program and Business Continuity Program.
