Safeguard Global is a Workday partner.· Designed and rolled out Safeguard Global’s Project Management tools (Project plan templates for different project types and project management templates such as Status Report, RAID log, Project Change Request logs). · Animated the PMO team so that Project Managers stay on top of the PMO processes and tools, and their evolution. · Organized and optimized the reporting to SLT of Portfolio of clients out of sf.com so that it was timely, consistent across Project Managers and requiring little effort to produce.· Conducted the evaluation of Project Management Tools to identify the solution fitting Safeguard Global’s unique project needs (Global teams working together on delivering Global solutions to customers), constantly improving them, taking advantage of the lessons learned on the projects.· Supported the client facing projects as Project Sponsor.· Engaged prospects in pre-sale to introduce them to Safeguard Global’s implementation and prepare them to the project.
