Next to my function of 'Director Project and Process Management' at KPN Belgium (fixed), I have been given the challenge of building a Corporate PMO under BASE Company CEO. During 18 months I have been combining both roles, with as key achievements: a. the set-up of BASE Company corporate PMO ; b. the delivery of different key cross-companies projects (e.g. launch of Télé2 mobile as MVNO, rebranding of Télé2 into BASE, ...)
