The Blueprint Expert resides at the Feature layer of the of the Scaled Agile/Scrum Framework.Their functional & technical knowledge on IT systems help them to deliver an effective and efficient IT landscape throughout the E2E chain.This involves discussions with various stakeholders including line management, IT Integrators, Feature Architects, Product Owners, Feature Owners, other Blueprint Experts and Scrum Masters.Tasks:- Support in coordinating the activities needed to validate & deliver the integrated roadmaps between the various stakeholders.- Support the Feature Owner with functional & technical knowledge.- Support the Product Owners when technical dependencies should be assessed.- Support the DevOps teams in providing technical coaching and guidance.- Ensure/produce that functional & technical documentation is available for your scope of responsibility, in alignment with Feature/Enterprise Architects.- Manage a wide range of stakeholders.

My project was to work in a dynamic team which main objective was to improve cybersecurity and tackle cyberfraud.In order to achieve this objective and considering the rapidly changing activities of cybercriminals and the digital mobile banking (r)evolution, the team was constantly innovating the company digital banking applications with security applications (both internally developed as externally bought).As application manager, I was responsible for 4 applications, all related in the cybersecurity field.The main task was maintenance of the applications. This includes following actions:• Tackling incidents with application• Testing new updates of application • Ensuring quality of application• In case of a third party application, he had to set up meetings frequentlyBesides his role as application manager, he also contributed in other projects. Since 2015, SharePoint was enrolled in the company as content and collaborative platform. He was owner of the SharePoint site for his team. This included following tasks:• Gather all information by interviews with colleagues• Structure information• Develop content structure and architecture of the SharePoint site• Setting up libraries, metadata• Training of the users• Anwser to questions of users• MaintenanceFor one of our applications, I was responsible for data quality. Responsible for the migration of the new Delta Lloyd online application. Main tasks:- Main point of contact for internal colleagues concerning migration process- Analyzing contract of clients, contact them and deliver support during migration process- Managing and displaying of migration statistics- Reporting of the migration progress- Setting up meetings with internal colleagues- Verifying data for migration preparation- Testing new functionalities of the online application- Analyzing new problems during migration process and give solutions- Aftercare of customers- Writing documents for customers in order to help them with the migration Knowledge of technical information, like CODA, FTP and XML was crucial in this project.

I am responsible for providing support to the RCI team of ING by implementing foreign accounts into the ING database and ING operating system. I am also responsible for the end-to-end process of rendering bank accounts ready to be activated, where I am to find the most efficient way to implement these accounts.I am the first point of contact for users of these applications and deal with their questions and problems.

Assisting customers and banks during migration and solving problems concerning this process, subscription management, data entry. Analysing problems concerning card supply, follow up and coordination on card supply projects, intermediary between card supplier and banks.

I was responsible for the whole data management of customers for five counties. The administration tackled the invoicing of water usage, problems with leaks, moving procedure, problems with water meters and all other questions.Setting up meetings with local OCMW’s for customers who couldn’t pay their invoices. In these meetings we searched for solutions.
