Built and maintain the project plan with all the teams. Built support process and tools using SharePoint, Excel and MS Project to continuously plan and follow the project. Support all project member on the administrative processes, Office programs and SharePoint.

Contributed in the testing of their own project management solution. Consolidated the planning of all the corporate IT projects at the bank.

Working as the lead PCO for the Basel II Accord Program, my role was to improve project management practices in a program management way. Basel Accord Program includes over 25 projects, over 60 million $ in investment, a growing team of 8 PCOs and reporting for 2 primary customers and for the canadian financial institute regulator (OSFI).
